Attack of the Mooninites!(message board posting from 1/31/07)...

1-31-07 will be a day long remembered as the day the city of Boston was shut down while local authorities, bomb squads and homeland security scrambled to regain control of a city in wide spread panic. A city held in a grip of fear and terror by the Mooninites! Just when you thought people couldn't get any dumber an entire city was shut down and terrorized by cartoon characters! For those of you not familiar with the Adult Swim show, Aqua Teen Hunger Force follows the main characters Frylock, Master Shake and Meatwad on whatever adventures or misadventures they may be on. The Mooninites are Inigknot and Err a couple of two dimensional egocentric beings from the moon who come to Earth to steal, drink, corrupt Meatwad and generally cause chaos. On Wednesday it was a case of "life imitating art" when some genius finally decided to pay attention to one of the more than ten blinking signs that had been sitting around various spots in Boston for the past two to three weeks promoting the show and called the police. Signs just like those were also placed around other cities such as Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Seattle, Portland, Austin, San Francisco, Philadelphia and here in New York without incident. That means one of two things, 1: Boston is ready to handle a terror attack head on! or 2: they overreacted BIG TIME! Boston officials are calling it a "hoax".... it's not a hoax! They weren't little boxes with red, blue and green wires topped with an alarm clock! Planting something in the middle of a highway that looked like a bomb but wasn't would be a hoax... this was no hoax, this was a bunch of morons overreacting to a Lite-Brite! Now Boston officials want to sue the various companies involved for damages and costs incurred during the incident... So you guys jump the gun, look like a bunch of morons and want someone else to pay for it... it doesn't work like that. Listen up Boston, a terrorist attack isn't gonna look like a bunch of Lite-Brites with little cartoon characters sitting in obvious spots throughout the city for weeks on end, if it was a terrorist attack you wouldn't have seen it coming!Here's a link to one of the "terrorist devices" so you can see what got everyone so scared! POSTED AS AN OPEN RESPONSE AS TO WHY I WRITE A BLOG[FROM MYSPACE]...

Many have asked why I write a blog in the first place. Is it to talk world politics? Maybe to spout out topical information relevant to our everyday life? WRONG! My plan is really just to throw as much shit at the wall and see what sticks. And so far my entire wall smells like midget excrement, so it must be working.

Many people write blogs for various reasons. Some for the dispatching of personal information, others to get across their political and/or social agendas, and then there are those who write simply because they have nothing better to do. These people are usually the ones who make the best blogs. Why? Because their whole life is filled with observations(humorous or otherwise) because instead of going out and enjoying life, these people have opted to observe and report via their blog about how stupid other people’s lives are. Meanwhile, they never look in the mirror at themselves to find that they are the REAL losers in this situation.

People write blogs because people are very opinionated, and without the ability to freely express ourselves, we would all end up on top of a watchtower picking off college students with a shotgun. I hate it when dickheads like Joe Lieberman try to restrict our first amendment rights to free speech. Our forefathers didn’t escape British rule and wipe out most of the Native American population so that assholes like Joe Lieberman can tell us what to say. Fuck Joe Lieberman! Fuck him and his futile presidential campaign! If guys like Joe Lieberman and Al Gore ran this country, we would have no video games, movie industry, primetime television, music, radio personalities…etc. But what we would have is censorship, more bleeps then the emergency alert system, no controversial anything, and political correctness up the ass!

So the next time you see a guy about to kill a large group of people with an automatic weapon, ask yourself: is this guy trying to find a way to vent over a bad break-up? Or is he just pissed off that his blogger account was destroyed by hackers?
